“Very quiet and comfortable ”

“Nice Antique hotel. Have car park. Breakfast is good. Have some restaurants around.”

“We were there for a long stay. Most motels in Rockhampton cater for overnight stops and as such this one is fine. It's further away from the highway than most so is quieter. Some of the bathroom fittings and the bedroom furniture are showing their age and the fridge was stained, rusty and with some inside parts missing, the worst we've ever encountered.”

There was a bit of a musty smell when we first entered, but the air cleared as soon as we turned on the air conditioning. I especially appreciated that the bathroom didn't steam up after a shower! The bed was comfortable, though worth noting it’s two singles joined together (fine as long as you don't sleep……
